Finding the courage to hold all of what is.

October has graced us with a breathtaking canvas of celestial events, each one echoing ancient stories and imminent transformations. From the mesmerizing Solar Eclipses to Meteor Showers and the radiant glow of the Hunter's Moon, we've been enveloped in a display of cosmic wonder. This years, eclipse season offers ephemeral halo in the sky serves as a poignant reminder of the transient and ever-evolving nature of existence.

Amidst this cosmic ballet, we celebrated the joyous observance of Navratri, a festival that awakens reverence and gratitude within our hearts. While the heavens dazzled with their displays, the beauty of our devotional practices intertwined seamlessly, adding depth to our experiences.

Yet, as we revel in this enchantment, the world beckons us with a stark reminder: we are in the midst of a crisis. The word 'crisis' traces its roots back to a point of decision or a turning point. And true to its etymology, the current global challenges of conflicts, financial downturns, and political upheavals are not just obstacles but invitations to introspection and transformation. This period of uncertainty, juxtaposed against the backdrop of seasonal festivities and celestial wonders, calls us to confront and embrace both the joy and the suffering inherent in life.

These times of uncertainty underscore the importance of grounding ourselves in practices that nourish our souls and remind us of our deep connection to one another.  This connection is deeper than our ego, it transcends the material, no matter how the illusions of nation, religion, or politics seem to separate us, we are all divine, not a single one of us is separate from the source or each other. Just as the celestial events, especially the transitory nature of the annular solar season, remind us of the vastness of the universe and our fleeting yet significant place within it, our shared global experiences emphasize our interconnectedness and the transformative power of collective intention. Collective intention and collective awareness in a time of crisis can turn the tides.  We are here to do this work.

The recent solar eclipse holds a profound lesson for us. In its shadow, we find an invitation to change, to shift old patterns, and to choose new timelines more aligned with our higher selves and collective well-being. As the sun and moon converged, we too are urged to reflect upon our paths and consider the directions we wish to embark upon.

Our spiritual practices provide us with the unique strength to hold space for both celebration and mourning, joy and sorrow. They root us in the present while connecting us to the eternal, grounding us in the midst of swirling chaos.

As we honored the Goddess in her various forms, let's extend our intentions beyond, channeling our energies towards healing, understanding, and global peace. Amidst the engulfing shadows, there remains an ever-present radiance, reminiscent of the Hunter's Moon that perseveres even through the bleakest nights.

In these times, marked by both celestial magic and earthly trials, may each of us find solace in our spiritual practices. Let's seek out the hidden wonders in our daily lives and tap into the innate resilience that binds our collective spirit.

Together, drawing inspiration from the boundless universe and our shared human experiences, we shall navigate these waters. May we harness the transformative energies of this season to uplift not just ourselves but the entire world around us.
