Belong To A Living Tradition Of Tantra

Fully Accredited Online Tantra Yoga Immersion Programs

life-changing. non-dogmatic. rooted in community and belonging.

We are a teacher-owned school and community where practice is not about escape but about presence, belonging to the whole, living the paradox, and unfolding together through the mundane and the extraordinary.

Yoga as a Way of Life.

Our programs invite you to experience yoga not as something you do, but as a way of being. Guided by the living tradition of Sri VidyaTantra, you’ll be supported to uncover your true self and to share your practice in ways that bring meaning and connection to the world around you.

At Vira Bhava Yoga, we offer Yoga Teacher Trainings, Professional Certification Programs, and Continuing Education designed to deepen both personal practice and teaching. You’ll immerse in the philosophy and practices of Tantra—meditation, asana, pranayama, and the energetics of the Prana Vayus and Pancha Kosha—while being held in community that values authenticity, presence, and belonging.

200hr Yoga teacher trainings

The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Vira Bhava Yoga
Our 200-hour program invites you into a living practice of nondual Tantra—a path where everything belongs and the sacred unfolds in daily life. Together, we explore yoga beyond the surface: philosophy that meets you where you are, asana as an energetic conversation with the body, pranayama and meditation as doorways to presence, and applied anatomy that grounds practice in wisdom and safety.

This journey is both deeply personal and profoundly communal. You will be guided to connect more fully with yourself, while also gaining the tools and experience to share yoga skillfully with others. It is not about escape or perfection, but about cultivating clarity, presence, and belonging—in your practice, your teaching, and your life.

300hr yoga teacher trainings

The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Vira Bhava Yoga
Our 300-hour training is an immersion into the deeper waters of yoga—a path of refinement, subtlety, and self-discovery within the living tradition of nondual Tantra. This program is designed for experienced practitioners and teachers who are ready to expand their understanding and embody yoga as a way of being.

Together we explore advanced philosophy, the anatomy of the subtle body, and practices that awaken presence in every layer of self. Through sequencing that honors both creativity and clarity, and through practices that touch the energetic heart of yoga, you’ll be invited to refine your teaching, cultivate your unique voice, and carry the teachings into the world with depth and integrity.

This training is not about adding more techniques for the sake of doing more. It is about unfolding into what is already present—strengthening your capacity to guide others, while staying rooted in community, belonging, and the sacred ordinary.

Live Into Your Practice

Our programs invite you to step beyond self-limiting stories and into the fullness of who you already are. Guided by the teachings of nondual Tantra, you’ll be supported to meet life in all its complexity—the ordinary and the extraordinary—as practice.

Rather than chasing perfection or escape, you’ll discover tools and community that help you stay present, cultivate resilience, and belong more deeply to yourself and the world around you.

Learn in the Flow of Your Life

Discover the wisdom of yoga in ways that meet you where you are. Our courses and classes in our virtual classroom are designed for depth and flexibility. Whether you’re looking for guided group workshop that fosters connection and collaboration, or on-demand course you can explore in your own time.

These offerings invite you to deepen your practice without the commitment of a full training, while still connecting you to the living tradition of nondual Tantra and the Vira Bhava Yoga community.

A Different Kind of Yoga School

We’re not here to sell you a version of yoga that fits neatly into trends or consumer expectations. At Vira Bhava Yoga, we return to the roots and the living wisdom of nondual Tantra. Teachings that invite you to meet life as it is, in all its complexity and beauty.

Our approach is spacious, relational, and real. We honor authenticity over performance, presence over perfection, and community over competition. This is what makes our trainings different: they are not about escape, but about belonging—about weaving yoga into the whole of life.
