Our conversations unpack the points of crossover, the similarities of experience, and the ways that both practices support arriving whole and alive in the midst of hardship and challenge, taking down the bricks of protection and projection to be vulnerable and malleable, and opening to the possibility of being changed by the situations in which we find ourselves.
