This module will provide 30 hours of content about the 5 koshas and an in depth exploration of Pranamaya Kosha, the sheath of the energetic body.

 
 

SECTION 1: Introduction to the Online 300 Hour Program

SECTION 2: A Brief Introduction to Tantra.

Before we move into the discussion around Annamaya Kosha and the Koshas it’s important we introduce Tantra. Tantra, Sri Vidya Tantra, is the lineage that we study within and where the majority of this content is born from.

It is best we begin with an introduction to the FIVE Koshas or layers of experience prior to diving into Annamaya Kosha.

SECTION 5: Introduction to Annamaya Kosha and Prime Energetics

The Sheath of Food. We learn to Yoke the Self with the self and experience something that is so much bigger than who we believe ourselves to be. Learning how to give this gift to others.

Annamaya Kosha is profoundly intelligent. As Yogis our practice is to access and apply this intelligence and to assist others in accessing it also.

In this section we will discuss how to apply the use of asana in a way that aligns with the desired outcome of reunification (or Yoga) of the self with the Self.
