Emails to send out to Guest Teachers
Be sure that you’re investing time into having students register for your training prior to spending time identifying your guest teachers. Once you feel confident with your registration numbers (or 3-4 months out from your training beginning) begin this process.
Guest Teacher Contracts should only be sent out following the first full weekend of training. This covers a few things: (1) After the first full weekend of training all students registered have contractually agreed to pay their full tuition. (2) Once that is guaranteed, you can be certain to have revenue to pay your guest teachers. (3) You do not want to be held liable to pay a teacher for contracted time, if for whatever reason you cannot afford to do so. Thus the recommendation of sending the contract after the first weekend of training. Unless you are contracting a guest teacher for the first weekend; which you will need to do one more prior to the start of training.
